The Board of Governors are unhappy with college discipline and haul in the Headmaster for a special meeting. Since spankings are still being administered in foreign lands they demand the immediate return of corporal punishment. Three 20 year old foreign students at the college are selected for discipline in front of the board. The trio receive OTK spanking plus a blistering tawsing then are placed over the horse for a hard caning on the bare bottom.
