PINA COLADA
Studio: Bel Ami
Being an aficionado of photo books I bought Bel Ami's Premium Collector's Edition of Pińa Colada which combines the still photo spreads of the models performing in the feature video minus Chris Cameron and Ryan Pawlowski with the DVD encased in a secure sleeve at the back of the book. Everything about this combo is topnotch and well worth the price. I wouldn't mind seeing more of these innovative packaging combos in the future. The opening two episodes are uniquely segued into the video, billed [more] as being filmed on location in Brazil. They were definitely produced much earlier around the time of Just For Fun (2003) back when Christ Cameron and Ryan Pawlowski were still working for Bel Ami before moving on to William Higgins as Miro Trojan and Paulik Mittner respectively. These two scenes are bracketed by current sequences with Brandon Manilow and Mark Aubrey introducing the synopsis for these earlier episodes, which were filmed at the infamous outdoor movie set first used in Frisky Summer. Before Brandon and Mark are set to fly off to Brazil, Brandon must fulfill a photo shoot gig with Ryan and Matt Phillipe. Upon Sebastian Bonnet finishing photographing the trio, with the help of Chris on the light reflector, Chris and Ryan pair off to the changing room with Brandon and Matt in hot pursuit as voyeurs before they succumb to a little dillydallying of their own. Personally, it was nice to see Chris again from his youth before time did its worse. (Don't look up Miro Trojan if you want to remember Chris as he was.) His tęte ŕ tęte with Ryan was good, but it seemed to lack a spark of sexual hunger between them.
