Dr. Tickle is a kind gentleman, a dedicated scientist. But then came that fateful night he took some of his own experimental drug, suddenly he was transformed into his alter ego Mr. Tied. Now he roams the streets of London, making sweet young victims for his depraved desires. Now lovely young ladies of the night are tied to their beds, chairs and tables and stripped of their frilly garments, and tickled senseless. Is there no end to the madness? Nope!
