Bob's first memory of Elmer Batters was as a teenager, seeing some of his photos in a men's magazine. Dark stockings ... the bottoms of pretty feet ... smiling, mysteriously beautiful women. Sometimes the women were fully dressed ... sometimes fully naked ... but always sexy, always happy and always with the camera focus on their feet. Bob recently traveled to Hollywood and tried to rekindle Elmer's spirit ... to say thanks, to share, to make peace, to honor. He wanted to make a movie that would have made Elmer smile.
