Blonde Ambition is the ultimate sexual extravaganza. It involves two English sweeties (Suzy Mendel and Dory Devon) who, as Sugar and Candy Kane, have the worst vaudeville act in show business history. Fortunately they meet a millionaire who jets them to New York where they can pursue a new show business career. With a lavish New York penthouse as a home base, Sugar and Candy's sexual adventures include performing in a porno version of GWTW, the seduction of a male homosexual, avoiding a private detective seeking a priceless heirloom inadvertently held by Sugar, and masquerading as drag queens in Greenwich Village (until their true sexuality causes a riot). How sweet it is when Sugar and Candy are finally wedded and bedded by millionaire sugar daddies!
