Peter Chandler (Patrick Allen), Peter Duke (Dino Phillips) and Peter McNamarra (Sandy Sloane) are the leaders of the illustrious group. Daniel Sawyer (Brandon Lee) is also a part of the powerful clique but has different ideas of what a good circuit-sex partyboy should be. Along the way, Daniel meets evil Jack Long (Gage Michaels) who convinces him into upping the city's body count.
